The hotel and staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the staff at the restaurant and the bar/lounge. The rooms are very roomy and clean and we always felt welcomed!

This is a fairly typical business hotel. It is a bit clinical. I booked it because of the location which is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. I was hoping for a bathtub but there wasn't one. The breakfast is passable. The food is all precooked. I asked for a fried egg that wasn't sunny side up and they just took one of the overcooked ones and cooked the other side which I thought was a poor show. I would stay here again because of the location.

We had our son confirmation lunch at the hotel a lady called pratima organised everything for us and made sure everything was perfect for his special day we were well looked after so so well we had the best day and we all throughly enjoyed it pratima team made sure our drinks was always topped up & food was delicious thank you so much for everything ❤️

The accommodation is excellent, and most staff were very helpful. In fact, when I was relieved of my wallet one of the male reception staff members couldn't do enough for me. The only downside was when I asked how to access their wifi I was told by a female staff member to simply scan the QR code. She couldn't find how to access my camera system for QR codes and said no luck and that is the only way to access their wifi system. Seriously! I have never heard of that in any hotel I have stayed in.
